I had Serg and his team to replace my existing rotten timber balcony with galvanized steel supporting beams, etc. Serg is at my house supervising everyday and he is kind to spend time to answer all my questions in full detail. He is using the top quality decking material that will last more than a lifetime. His workers are quiet, hardworking and never seem to take break. They are accommodating to other tradesmen renovating in other areas of my house. My balcony was painted beautifully afterwards. Everything is done to perfection. We hired Serg to build a new verandah for us and store-room underneath, aswell as lay pavers all around the house. We could not be more happy with the quality of his work as he went above and beyond what we asked for. He also completed the work within a timely manner. We also had problems with our stormwater pipes and he was able to resolve this issue for us.
